This is the only international unlocked Q10 currently sold on Amazon US.
Can I use this frequency Q10 with US carriers? Is this 100-1?

    3G: HSPA 1, 2, 5/6, 8 (850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 MHz)
    4G: LTE 3, 7, 8, 20 (1800 / 2600 / 900 / 800 MHz)

Sounds like you have - or are looking at - the SQN100-3.

AT&T and Verizon's 4G networks operate in the 700 MHz range (upper and lower portions). From what I understand, that Q10 model can't talk to cell towers on those frequencies. And Verizon's legacy network is built on CDMA technology. You wouldn't want to use Verizon with the SQN100-3, that's for sure.

    T-Mobile uses 1700/2100MHz ("AWS") for its spectrum. AT&T 3G uses 850/1900MHz.

AT&T would probably be best for getting 3G coverage. Sprint is using some 800 MHz for their 4G spectrum. Don't remember what range T-Mobile is using. I'd say your best bet is AT&T or T-Mobile, not the CDMA carriers (Sprint/Verizon).

Thanks! I haven't bought it yet, but I guess I will just buy it from T-Mo.

Good call, the TMO version is the best US version available at the moment. For GSM, of course....those of us on CDMA have no choices.
