hi.i sold my bbq10 running OS 10.3.1 to a guy in other city from my country, and i bought another one for me.before that, i've domne a security wipe, and removed it from my blackberry protect site.when he powered up, he has stucked in the page where he has to enter the blackberry id / pass, and after he created one, it doesn't work.he tried a few times, even with my blackberry id&pas, but he can't go further from that screen, which is saying:anti theft protection is on, please log in with your initial bb id and password.well i give him the initial id/pass, but still no luck. i donno what to do anymore, and now, the guy is thinking that i skammed him.please let me now how can i help him to solve his problem.

He needs to create a BB ID for himself. Get him to try to log into BB World and it'll ask him to create a new ID, or at least it should.

but i told him to try that.even i made a blackberry id for him.with email/password.it keeps saying with red colour : blackberry anti theft is on, please log in with your initial id/pass. and i tryied taht either.i told him my personal id/pass and still no luck.

Hmm interesting, should be OK after you log on http://protect.blackberry.com
And manage device. Remove the associated device
