When I get a text with a picture there is a download button. I click that and then nothing happens. Where does it go?

It should appear in the message body. You should call your carrier and ensure they have MMS properly enabled on your account as this is the most common problem, especially if you're with TELUS.

Besides that, you can go into the Hub, click on the three buttons on the bottom right, click Settings, click on Text Messages, select MMS at the top, go to the bottom and select Always for Auto Retrieval Mode.

thank .you i did the hub thing but that setting was already on.

You have to call and ask for the APN settings. If it's rogers they will tell you to re format your phone through blackberry link. Ask them to try the APN settings fix first. Insist rather. Then if that fails you have to wipe and re install. Sucks but that's the only fix.
