Hi all, I'm using my Q10 for 8 months and totally satisfied, except that the camera often stops functioning when turned on.
- OS 10.2.1: around 40% chance to have this issue. After I wipe my phone to make it fresh, it seems to be ok but after some weeks, it is still the same.
- OS 10.3: I thought is was because of the software so I change to 10.3 and after some weeks, it is still the same
Now, the chance is even 95% that I face this problem so I already handed my phone back for repair.
Does anyone have any experience on this prob? Thanks a lot.

This is the pic i tried to take. Totally black on the screen and I tried to use other app requiring camera function but it doesn't work. But it only happens with rear camera and font camera is fine.

As above, sounds more like a hardware issue, and if it is under warranty. Get it back on carrier OS and claim.

Hi, I got back from the shop.
They re-installed the official OS 10.2.1.2977.
Everything is fine now.
The rear camera gets some small lags
I just encounterred the stopping issue only once in the past 1 week.
Still cannot figure out the root cause is OS or Hardware.
Will check it for 1 or 2 weeks more. Hope that official OS 10.3 will be delivered soon
