    Well, my problems with the Z10 are over! It started to get very hot (ws not plugged into a charger at the time) and I called Verizon. After numerous returned calls...they told me to go to a store and exchange it for another phone of like value. so I am now the proud owner of a Samsung GalaxyS4. Love it!!! Goodbye blackberry!!!!!
