    My q10 is on os 1154 and i have an issue of incoming call mute option not working at all on pressing it.

    yes i did many times but it did not solve the problem. Whenever i did hard reset it worked for initial 1-2 calls but then it stops.

    When you upgraded did you do a fresh install or back up from link. You could try a security wipe and set back up again, or find the bar file for that paticular item and reload it.

    I installed using autoloader 10.3.1.1154. Could you help me with the particular bar file.

    Well I've just been told it's part of the OS so you will have to reload your software and probably do a wipe afterwards.
