Default Call notification on Blackberry Hub

My calls have all been deleted but on the hub there's a notification and when I peak there's still shows something appearing but there isn't anything. Any help!? Already tried refreshing hub and restarting device, problem still there.

    Hi xtiNyx,
I'm not sure what you want : delete them all for good or at the opposite make them displayed back in the hub ?
Did you delete them or is this accidental ? When did this happen: After a wipe, an update, a leak load ... ?
Please try to be a little more specific so that we can try to give accurate advices.

I received a miss call. Never clicked on it so notification never left. I went to call log and deleted all my logs. But it stills a notification on my hub even when my call log is empty. Did not come from an update or anything. Using the default with what T-Mobile came out with.

Go the the dialer screen from the home page phone icon on the bottom left and it should fix it.

Exists because you got another missed call that didn't go away or the same old miss call stayed?

I figured it out by trial and error.

The miss call was deleted. So there are no logs. It went away when I pressed the phone icon, but after a reset it still remains there. My call log is empty, so nothing should show up right? It keeps appearing in my peak and it's just annoying.

Have you tried to refresh the hub ?
Display the hub then swipe 4 times from the upper right corner to the center.
    May do the trick ?
    Let us know !

Yes. In my first post I posted that I tried refreshing hub and restarting device. Even tried a battery pull. It still occurs. It'll go away. And when my phone is on lock, when I unlock it a few minutes later it'll appear again. I have to go to settings and turn off phone notification and turn it back on and it'll be gone for a short moment until it pops up again... really don't wanna factory reset my phone.

Given that you have tried almost everything, a few more things won't hurt.
Give yourself a missed call - and clear it FIRST from the phone dialer. Then check the hub.

    If doesn't work - try variations -
    Call notifications on / off
View in Hub then in Dialer.
Delete from Dialer, then in the Hub.
Delete from Hub, then in Dialer.

    Well, you get the picture.

Tried almost everything, it'll go away and it'll reappear again. Probably going to just try an factory reset it.

I have this exact same problem. Just started happening today. Had the Q10 for a couple weeks now. Anyone figured out how to solve it?

So I just continued to keep the call notification on my phone for about a day and it eventually just went away. Hasn't come back. Not sure what triggered it to finally disappear but it's gone and I'm back to normal now.
