    Hello Q10 users,
    I need help. once again.
So I've been using my Q10 for about 3 months now and didn't have much problems until 3-4 days ago.
My Browser won't load... including my favorites..
Browser won't start and setting button won't open-1471813_10153557909220048_1049541251_n.jpg

and then when i tried to clear cookies etc, I can't even access my settings menu.. I even long pressed the button and nothing comes up:

Been there (yesterday even). A good reboot did the trick.

I tried turning it off and even waited for a couple minutes before I restarted (multiple times) did't work for some reason..

Diego was referring to a "hard" reboot. Press and hold both volume up/down keys at the same time, until your device powers down, pores up, and you see the startup animation. Ignore the screen shot notice.

This seems to cure more ills than the power button restart, and is rumored to be the preferred reboot of the BlackBerry engineers.

I just tried the volume keys and waited for it to reboot but it still doesn't work... I don't understand why this happened in the first place.

Turn off wifi and then try again, could be a weak wifi signal in your area is messing with your data connection. Disabling wifi should fix you up. When you get to a better wifi area turn it back on.

Try these next time. Number 2 always works for me. Copied from another thread.

    Solution 1:
Many threads suggest that you simply type in www.google.com/?t
in the address bar and this somehow solves the problem. That worked for many but not for me.

    Solution 2:
Change your home page to about:blank. (open browser, click on settings - via the 3 dots at bottom right of screen, open display and actions. Then in field type in about:blank)
    Go to privacy and security.
    Clear cookies and history.
    Turn off cookies
    Close browser
Reopen browser and change the home page back to your preference.
    Clear cookies and history again
    Turn on cookies
