Not right now, it isn't.

I too wish BB10 was a bit more like BBOS when it comes to bookmarks.

you can set your bookmarks as an icon on the home screen then put all your favorites into a folder that way.

I wish the damn bookmarks would stop moving on me. It seems every time I go into my book marks tab, the bookmark I am going to click isn't in the same spot it was before.....
It would also be nice to have the book marks automatically be the first thing I see when I open the browser....which is how previous OS was.

You can add tags to bookmarks and view them by tag. The homescreen folder suggestion is probably faster.
