    I have a Q10 with Telus Mobility. 3 days ago got a notification that an update was available for BlackBerry world. I did the update and now BlackBerry world won't open. Tried from the music file, still won't open. Did 4 battery pulls...nothing works and BlackBerry world still won't open...any ideas?

    Im with telus i have a white z10 works fine for me
    and i did the update i just downloaded yellow pages 19/07/2013 5:50 pm

    I have a SQN 100-3 running 10.1.0.2309

    Did an update yesterday and now cant open Blackberry World.

    It shift the screen to one side, looks like its going to open then shuts

    I have tried reboot, battery pull, even deleted Blackberry link and reinstalled to re link and run any update but no joy

    Any ideas?

    The BlackBerry World update worked fine for me, but it looks like in the other thread, that appropriately named "Cranky" has pointed out, has a possible solution.
