Hi everyone
I purchased 3 movies from BlackBerry world 2 months ago. I damaged the phone and recently got a replacement.
When I try to download again I get constant errors regarding download. I have deleted files from memory card/ file manager.
When I try again it tells me that I cannot purchase with this device!!! The movies were 79 p each but still I don't understand??
I can purchase apps ok
Any ideas?$thanks

Try relogging into your bbid again.
If it doesn't work, try downloading over 3G.
If this doesn't work too, ask for a refund.

Try also switching payment methods... but make sure you're able to get them free and not actually have to pay again

I tried changing id/password and over 3g but nothing
tried to purchase music as well with same error message.
Are we allowed to buy music video in the uk?
I heard that music video store was closing amid merger with amazon!
Would a security wipe help???

I'm not sure if wiping would help.
Try grabbing the app world bar from an older os and Sideload it.
Try downloading them with the old version. If it doesn't work update bb world again.

just giving an update. security wipe worked for purchasing new stuff in BlackBerry world, but it was only when I removed my 32gb memory card that it worked a charm!
