    Hi,
    When I open the BlackBerry world today, and I go to my apps, to check for example what is installed, nothing happens. I have checked that from two devices.

    Also when I try to download a app, it says to me, that is app is in the download process,but it isn't.
    Can somebody help please.

    Must be a BB10 issue as on my 9810 when I go to AppWorld/MyWorld, it shows everything as normal-ie. installed/uninstalled/upgrades, etc. HOWEVER--when I open it on my PC, it just has everything together on the screen and doesn't show the installed/uninstalled stuff like normal--it is now all lumped together and you have to look at each app to see if it is installed or not installed. That is one change I wish they would make to MyWorld. I'll have my Q10 on Friday (hopefully) and will see what happens then with it.

    Thanks for the "thanks"! I don't have the Q10 yet so I'm not using Link yet, nor do I have a Mac. But, I did read on another thread that the update for Mac was having issues and so was Link. I hope you get it worked out as it's an amazing phone. Good Luck!

    i have changed on the web the password for the bb id. then i have restarted the bb, after that he asks for the new password, put the new password in, and go

    Awesome! Glad it's working for you now! One more day and I'll have my Q10 and I can't wait. Still there seem to be some issues with the syncing with outlook and the different calendars, but I'm sure it will work itself out. I saw on another post from you that you have 2 Q10's. Are they both working well? Thanks!

    They working well. But the quality is different.
    The new one has a crispy keyboard, better battery life time, better backdoor.
