I got a BlackBerry speaker free as part of my contract with my Q10. It used to work perfectly, but now that my Q10 was replaced due to a hardware fault, the speaker won't pair again (via bluetooth) with the new handset.

It's really frustrating me.

Anyone got any suggestions?

We are pairing speakers all the time with different BB10 devices... have not had that issue...

Are you sure you put the speaker in pair mode?

What I have seen, is that after the speaker is set to pair mode - the phone should start searching immediately - if waiting more than 2-3 seconds - it might not "see" the speaker...

Never mind. I figured it out lol.
Hold down the button on the mini speaker for 5 seconds while trying to pair a second device.
