Interesting read. The conclusion is spot on. At the end of the day, it comes down to personal preference. If they want a big touch screen, a Q10 is not for them.

Why are they comparing an as of yet unreleased device, to an already 3 month old, low-mid range Samsung?

If i recall, the shops had the S3 mini up in the same vein as Curves.
I had to tell someone who was an Android fan, to not bother with a Galaxy S3 mini, but to either to go for the actual S3 or one of the Xperia's.
The S3 mini is just a poor attempt to cash in on its big brother's name and secure a bit of the low end marketZ10 Brigade member -

The battery is 2100 mAh not 1800 mAh i believe for the Q10. I could be wrong but the video on the CB homepage the guy says it is 2100 mAh.

I think they forgot to add the HDMI mini slot as well in the stat sheet.

Hmmm, not seeing a physical keyboard on the other one, so minus a thousand points for that alone.

Why are these two phones that have next to nothing in common being compared?

I saw some glaringly missing specs in their Connectivity chart, such as microHDMI, and DLNA support. The SIII mini seems to be a little rare, as I've not seen many out in the wild. Thanks for the comparo!

I can't imagine why these phones would even be compared. I am considering the q10 after I get a little time with it when it comes out and I have and love a sgs3 on verizon right now. I still get frustrated typing on full touch. Punctuation and numbers are especially irritating. I'm sure there are people that love touch typing but I've just never gotten fully used to it. I've had a number of touch phones and every bb that's ever been on verizon, so I'm pretty anxious to get some time with the q10. wait, this was about that comparison, forgot about that s3 mini already. Junk. Anyhow, can't wait to try out the q10. Would never swap the galaxy for a z10, but the physical qwerty might give it a run for its money.

It's not even on the same price level...maybe a fair comparison would be Q10 vs GS3
Then again hardware wise i think Blackberry always left behind.....hope the overall package would be better than competitor already released almost one year ago....
