I am still on 10.2.1. 2977, my carrier is Orange Rom�nia, phone is unlocked.

I believe this OS is only available via German carriers. However you can load it manually http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...-fixes-951279/

I'm in Asian Pacific, so the latest OS version still is 10.2.1.2977. Therefore, I decided upgrade to leaked 10.3 for getting new experiences. Now, on OS 10.3, I shall never ever come back 10.2 at all. 10.3 really is awesome.

You can get a prepaid SIM card from Germany carrier, that offers the latest update. I've got Telekom SIM from ebay and recently updated to 10.2.2.932.
