Hello i have recently purchased the blackberry q10 and i was fiddling around with spotify trying to sideload it onto my device it seems i failed with spotify and have messed up my skype app. When i press to open skype the icon just fades and then nothing happens also sometimes the icon just swipes to the left when i press it any idea how i can fix this as i use skype quite frequently. Or is there anyway i can reinstall the OS? Any help would be appreciated,

You should be able to delete skype and then reinstall it from App World. Press and hold on the icons until they start to flash, you will see a trash can on each one, click on the trash can on skype. After reinstall from App World.

Thanks for the reply I tried that a couple of times and it didn't work so now iv just backed up my stuff and then im gonna reset and restore it and see if that works. Alex
