    Hey anyone,

    I have a q10 and started to notice that at night my keyboard doesnt light up anymore, check the virtual bb app to test out my sensor and it said that it doesn't support the device, even went to my compass and the app had to close because my sensor doesnt support my device. Ive been wiping my phone and installing different software on it, and It seems to be not working. Can anyone tell me step by step on how to fix this issue? do i need to update a bar file to my phone or something?

    Sounds more like hardware failure; you're going to want to get your phone exchanged if your 1 year warranty is still in effect.
