    Hi,
    Last few days ago I bought one Blackberry Q 10 from Singapore and now I am using in Bangladesh. I can connect Wi-Fi very well. I connect SIM and its have full network. I can create call, its have no problem. In SIM I active a data plan package but I can not use the data plan in my Blackberry Q10.
    When I on the Data network from the Mobile Network. then the symbol come "h" beside the network signal. But i think that need to come "H" or '"E" or "G" for get the internet connection. (According to the user manual i got the information.)

    I can not get the internet connection using SIM. So, any body can help me to solve the problem and how to call 3G using Q10.

    Interestingly I had the exact same issue on my Z10 yesterday.

    Don't worry though, I found out what to do:

    Go to settings -> info -> network
    The overflow icon will appear in the action bar on the lower bottom of the screen. Open it and it will give you an option to 'register BlackBerry'.

    This will re register your device with your providers blackberry services and you will regain your BlackBerry indicator and web access!

    Thanks for your support.
    In Q 10, I got the option for 'register BlackBerry' in
    Settings>about>Network
    I did the 'register BlackBerry' and its show the message "'registered for Blackberry service"
    But same "h" come beside signal bar.

    Not come 'H' or 'G' or 'E'.
    And till now not use internet using SIM. But I can use internet using Wi-Fi.

    What I need to do to get internet using SIM card?

    Also i get the information from manual that: small letter
    "h" "g" "e" mentioned that-
    "Your device is connected to the network type shown but the
    network functionality is limited. You're likely able to make a
    phone call, but not able to access the Internet or view email
    messages".

    Which may be help full to get the solution.

    Please give me solution if you can.

    It might also be caused by a network outage in your area. Check your providers website for recent information and try accessing the web in a different area of town if possible.

    Another thing you can try is checking your APN settings. These are basically the server adress and login to your providers Internet gateway.


    To check your APN, go to settings -> Network Connections -> Mobile Network -> APN.
    Google 'your providers name + apn' and you will get the information you have to enter into your phone.
