    Hello guys,

Since I have my BlackBerry I turned on the BlackBerry Protect option and never really bothered checking it on the website. But I've got rid of my old device and I wanted to delete it today and I found out that BlackBerry Protect doesn't recognize my new smartphone. I've already been trying registration of my BlackBerry Services, turning on and off BlackBerry Protect and restarting the device. Any of them worked. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks a lot for your help.

I don't know if this helps, but my Q10 shows up just fine on the protect.blackberry.com site. I even tried play sound and display message features and they work without a hitch.

If no one else on here has a solution for you two then I'd suggest trying calling your carrier and having them transfer you to blackberry support.
