Hi

I am very new to BlackBerry, so far I had only iPhones. Because of my work I have received a BB Q10 and I was very happy, and have bought a 64GB external card as well so I could put my music there, but its a bit hard (or I am not doing something right)

I have a MackBook Pr, and using the BlackBerry Link (1.1.1 build 39),

I have formatted the sd card with the phone and
first I have copied the music directly to the sd card from the Mac
second I have put the card into the phone and connected it with the mac (USB)

but none of the above succeeded and I am bit lost. can you pls pls help me

Hi and welcome to BlackBerry and CB!
I also have a MAc and a Z10 and a 64GB card!
I put the card in my phone, cable my phone to my MAc with a usb cable and drag and drop.
Everything is available and everything works. I do not own any DRM songs like those from iTunes, tho.
Have you tried this way yet? It should work for you!

Thank you so much. I guess the secret is that one can transfer only a certain amount of songs at the same time.
It is (slowly) working.

No it does not working

First of all it stops all the time there are songs which one time are synch but the next time gone it has nothing to do with the format some were purchased with iTunes some were coied from the cd
I even updated the link software
It is not happy
