I can't change my Display picture sinch 6 days ago. And it show on my BlackBerry world apps bbm is not even exist in BlackBerry Q10 please help... ASAP.

you probably just need to do a quick Software update to work out the kinks

Check for an update as suggested for the OS and BBM. You are tapping on your image at the top to replace it right?

Try this:

Open BBM and press on your name at the top of the page, then press your picture. The screen should then say BBM Display Picture at the top. The three dots down in the bottom right hand corner of the screen will give you the option to change your display picture.

Do following:
1. Backup the phone with Link software
2. Reload device software
3. Configure BBM and check if you still experience the problem
4. If not, restore the phone, but not a complete restore - everything but the application data and settings. If yes, exchange the phone with your carrier
5. Come back to CB and tell us what happened

and not only her, but many other people too, mine can change normally.

dont know what happen from BlackBerry server..
