Hi, I am running leaked version of 10.2.1.1925 on a Verizon Q10. Everything was working great until I downloaded a update for Blackberry Maps to version 10.2.0.387 from BB World. Now the app stopped working I can't even launch it. I get a black screen for a few seconds when I launch the app than the app closed on its own. I tried to uninstall and re-install via BB World but it still doesn't work. Any recommendations.

I'm having the exact same issue on my Z10 since downloading the 537 OS Release. I also noticed that it's impossible to uninstall this app... perhaps it can be done using sachesi by removing the corresponding bar file !? ...and then reinstalling via BlackBerry world.

I can't help with the BlackBerry maps problem, but now that I can install Android Apps, I much prefer Waze and Google Maps over the BlackBerry map app. Don't know if it works because I've stopped using it.

Google Maps is great for navigation. But I find that for searching places I like BeMaps Pro better because it can save my history. Google Mas doesn't save my history as I can't login (its an Android app). BeMaps doesn't send search results to Google Maps for navigation. It only can send to BlackBerry Maps.

Actually, not sure exactly why, but after I installed the official 1925 os release, my BlackBerry maps is working again.

I guess I will have to wait until Verizon decides to release the update for the Q10. BTW if I'm on the leaked version of 1925 will my phone update anything? Will it recognize that I'm on a different version than what the carrier is offering?
