    Just got my q10 and started syncing to my computer. When transferring over music it takes forever to transfer. Remember its a macbook so I need some help fixing this problem.

    BlackBerry Link is true garbageware. Doubly so on a Mac, I'm sure.

    What I do is make my blackberry plugged in as a USB mass storage and just drag my music into my q10 music folder. Blackberry Link is trash.

    I use Link with my macbook and never faced any problems with it. I usually sync all the videos, songs and pictures etc.. do you have more data to transfer? Also please check your usb cable. At times, small things make our life harder.

    Make your Q10 as a mass storage. Transferring files is much faster. I don't use BlackBerry lync unless I need to back up contacts. It does suck in mac that is correct.

    Go to Settings/Storage and Acess
    Scroll to the bottom and you will see USB Mass Storage put button to ON.
