    Hello Forum,

    Plse help me as I want to have the email id for the customer support for BlackBerry app world and its associated 3rd party company authorized to procees the transactions of app world ( I guess the name is some 'river or something) since I want to resolve my BlackBerry Q10 error id AW10000c.

    You may wish to review the help documents first - KB24454-"There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/ support for more information. (Error Id: 10000)" appears when purchasing an application in BlackBerry World as for reaching out to BlackBerry, these are the only public ways in which you can do so - http://us.blackberry.com/customer-se...ontact-us.html there is no direct helpline.
