Finally, 10.2 had just arrived in my country this morning.
After installing the OS and reboot my Q10, there's some error/bug maybe in this version.
When I open the blackberry ID there is some box shows up, it say "an unknown error has occurred, please try again." and I can't update it or change anything. Someone can help me please? I can't even download a giveaway from blackberry world.
After I try this new os, there's some lag too in the homescreen, not smooth like a previous version if I swipe the screen up and down. Is that the cause of the update or my memory is low? Because I used upto 10,7 GB?
Please help me if one of you had the same problem. Thanks.

Seems to me like something didn't settle properly. You may be looking into a device wipe...
