    I will try that and keep u posted. As far as talking with the network goes, that won't happen as it is Govt owned and they won't want to promote this service. It was working before the OS update. Thanks for the help

    Ok tried with the cell network off on both sides, still no joy. Even when I get a BBM voice call it from my friends phone it just says user is busy. Even Though I am not busy. The BBM voice option is still avaliable on my friends phone as she hasn't restarted her phone after the 10.2 update. Hence the voice function is still working as she is running 10.1 OS.
    Pls let me know any other ways.
