    Good for me that I am able to use it to back up my Z10. The sync'ing of pics, music, etc is not important to me. But a lot of users have been frustrated with it so far and a lot more frustrations will be voiced if they don't get this 2 way contact sync with Outlook desktop thing in place soon! I know they're working on it, but it needs to be done and promoted and GOOD SOFTWARE soon!
