    Looks like it updates its observations every 15 mins. Can't be sure about the hourlies though. There's no info about it on BBWorld or anywhere else.

    Ok I caved and downloaded Beweather. I am so stoked that one of the icons sets you can download is the Deathstar icons! My only questions is" with all the cool moving backgrounds and many functions is this app not a battery drainer?

    Good choice! Battery drainer? Not sure. I open and close. The animations are static in active frame mode so might not be so bad.
