I don't want to get one on contract. What is the best place to get a used/unlocked Q10 that works on AT&T's LTE network? Is the international unlocked version compatible with AT&T's LTE network? How much can I expect to pay for a slightly used device?

Gently used ones here in the market place.

Otherwise I would go to Best Buy because of the warranty coverage.

Buy one from T-Mobile off contract for $580, unlock it. T-Mobile sells the SQN100-5 which supports the most GSM networks. All you'll need to do is pop in an AT&T SIM and you're good to go with LTE, plus should you decide to switch to T-Mobile or pretty much any Canadian carrier, you're already set. - http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...encies-798804/
