Hey everyone. I've been doing some searching around and I've found a lot of topics, but it's tough to keep up with them all. I know Wifi calling requires .4xxx OS and then the Wifi app loaded in. I'm wondering which OS version is the most stable with both Wifi calling and general use.

If anyone has any experience doing this let me know which you found to be the best. Stability is most important to me, so I'm pretty sure that rules out any 10.2 builds.

So far normal operation and WiFi calling have been good and rock solid reliable with software release 10.1.0.4184 / OS 10.1.0.4651. To downloaded it you could use Sachesi tool (see screenshot). Or try one of the leaked autoloaders. Good Luck!

Stick with the build that T-Mo pushes if you want stability.

I have 10.2.0.1047 OS + 10.2.0.811 radio in my Z10 and callers get an echo when I answer on wifi. It's enough of a nuisance that I'm downgrading to the latest T-Mo 10.1.0.4xxx after a solid week of friends/clients complaining.

For the Q10 you can have 10.2 just not the latest ones. I have 10.2.3xx (don't remember all the numbers) and installed one of the radio's from 10.1 that had wifi calling. I believe it was. 4544 or something. I can get the exact numbers if you need it.

Stability wise it has been perfect for me. As of now this is the latest build for us Q10 tmobile wifi calling users.

I'd like to use the tmo build but they haven't sent it out yet. I saw some people talking about their q10's receiving an update, is that the one you're talking about? Maybe there's a link for the OS around, but I couldn't find it in the thread.

Thanks for the input so far guys.

So I installed that and installed the wifi calling app from here: http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...d-here-825827/

The wifi calling control panel doesn't let me switch it on or off, is this normal? It also gave me an error until I restarted the phone.

If anyone can help I'd appreciate it, I'm going abroad tomorrow and would like to get it sorted.

The panel doesn't work on 10.2. Either way it's on by default.

It's a must to be in T-Mobile USA network to use WiFi Calling / Texts over WiFi. No other carrier has these features.

That's strange, it should work if you are in T-Mobile USA. Actually I had it working with just the BB10 upgrade to 10.1.0.4184 (OS 10.1.0.4651) and connected to WiFi (no control panel at first). After adding the T-Mobile control panel I was able to switch it on / off, plus other settings (wifi preffered, etc).
