    Download, unzip, plug in phone, and run.

    It will wipe your device clean. Recommended for a clean install.

    If you absolutely must, backup with Link before, and restore after.

    Can't wait for my (used) Q10 from eBay.
    I miss BlackBerry (using Apple since a long time ago, see my forum signature).
    Do you guys note any difference on updates? 10.3.22...10.3.23...10.3.24...??
    I never noticed anything. I know it's always better, but I never see anything, and people look so happy with this updates
