In Raleigh today, just looking for a screen protector for my Q. Nothing......nada.....zilch.....no accessories, no Q10's at Best Buy.

Both the Best Buy salesman and the AT&T rep that was there two days ago knew when/if they would be getting it.

Well I sure hope they will be carrying it. I planned on making my purchase there - since they have a 30 day return policy with no restocking fee for non-contract phones. I'm really disappointed to hear this.

Do what I do. When I need items for my blackberry I just buy them a crackberry, ebay or go to any of the other companies that support it more and buy it from them. So here in new York I got the Z10 from tmobile but they don't carry items for it so I went to verzion and got it from them. But for the Q10 I have to wait a little cause tmobile got it first. So I'm waiting for the other companies to catch up or planing to order them from CB or eBay

Yeah, I would think it would eventually get there, and yes your location would matter with non-corp. stores, but many are really delaying their arrival, which is again a bit sad

Poor 4G equals poor performance and people are looking for reasons to bash BlackBerry. They've made great new phones and are not gonna risk putting them in places where they could work poorly because of the carriers ability

Have the Z and only have 3g in the town I live in so yes the phone sucks on 3g over the 9900 since you used BIS. Also wonder since there was a high return rate on the Z if that makes the local BB not want to carry them.
Do love there protection plans. They cover anything

Agreed....as its a bit strange a big box store will not be carrying the Q10!?

I've ordered all my accessories here in the crack berry store. You can't beat the pricing and how quick the order arrives.

I'm not sure he knew what he was saying when he said they would not be carrying it. With BB having trouble I could see them not taking a gamble on the returns. Maybe they don't lose out on the returns but who knows. Going to try and look at a Q tomorrow if they have them in another local store just wrong carrier for me. I can love with my Z for a bit longer other then it rebooted last night so I hate it when my bedside mode is gone so my clock is not on. But my wife really could use a new phone. Her 9800 has seen some better days and she wants a real keyboard so the Q10 is about it unless we wait for the Q5. Got 3 lines we can upgrade just need to see something we want

Best Buys could just be waiting to carry it. They are almost always a week or two behind ATT. A good friend use to work there and he would give me straight answers

I just think it's a bit weird how a big box store won't even carry them. I was at target the other day and even they carry both models....what gives!?
