For a couple of days when I am wanting to send an email, I get a comment that the text
will be "simple" because I have not a PGP signature.

Can anybody help me.

PGP means Pretty Good Privacy. Generally this setting is enabled by a BES12 / BES10 Administrator.

You can disable it if allowed under account settings secure email PGP.
