    i have Q10 official os (10.1.0.4181 +radio 10.1.0.4634)
    the problem is BBM only works when i open the BBM app
    whenever i exit i dont recieve any messages and once i enter it comes like a rain
    any help pls thxx..

    Try a reboot. To do this, hold the power button down, ignoring the countdown, BB splash screen, black screen, red led, BB logo...keep holding it down till you see the boot up screen (purple-ish BB logo)
