    Hi, i have q10 - my first blackberry. I add my friends with BBs to bbm, but the option of bbm voice is greyed out. It says that, there are not ready. Strange, they are on wifi and so am I. They can call each other, but not me. I have with greyed out button in every conversation.

    No, just me. They have bold 9900, 9700 and so on

    So they need to be connected to a wifi network. Just bb10 can use BBM voice over you carrier network.

    I know you said that they can call each other, but just make sure that they have the latest version of bbm, and all of you do a reboot before trying again ...

    Have you tried with your device over wifi? Just to test and see if its the mobile network?
    When you test this make sure to be using wifi only and turn your mobile services off
