Odd, that generally means you're not connecting to the BlackBerry services. Does all your other internet related services work? Browser, email etc. It could be an issue with your carrier as well. Are you trying to use a Jio SIM? Jio won't work on BlackBerry 10 devices.

Odd, that generally means you're not connecting to the BlackBerry services. Does all your other internet related services work? Browser, email etc. It could be an issue with your carrier as well. Are you trying to use a Jio SIM? Jio won't work on BlackBerry 10 devices.

Yup I m using jio Sim and yes my all services work very well like browser email

Jio 4G is working and Internet is also working . And moreover BlackBerry world is also working fine except BBM, BlackBerry protect

I too have an same issue! Re loading the OS and changing the carrier doesn't workout. Because the mobile we purchased may be a Refurbished/Used. The vendor who locked the BBM PIN (when selling the device) so we can't use BBM anymore. Just I guess so! See mine below.

I would say that you are proving the statement to be true ?

So, borrow someone else 's Sim ( not from Jio ) slip into your Q10 and see if the BlackBerry services function.

I m using jio and it's wrking flawlessly. I changed the Sim and used vodafone and idea Sim and even WiFi also but same problem persists

None of the above! The problem is your SIM-Card. It's very simple. Try another one, you'll see that it'll work. Your mobile provider doesn't have the BlackBerry services. As a conclusion you'll have to change your provider if you want to use the BlackBerry Services, which include BBM. I don't see the BB Logo at the right corner, you have to see that to be able to use them.

^This and I would advice getting a stronger wifi to test with, remove sim from the phone and run on wifi alone . Test bbm.........and the rest should be history.
