    There is another problem I've encountered. It says that I have reached the max number of groups even though it shows that I belong in zero groups.

    It would be a lot more helpful if you can include what version of BBM (Beta, Release) you have and if you are using the latest version of Channels (Beta) as well.

    Recent device switch? Restoring your BBM from backup? Have you made any changes to BBM since you received the error msg?

    Yes recently I switched phones. I upgraded to the Q10 from Bold 9000.

    Still having problems with BBM groups and type n go.
