    PLEASE HELP!!!! Hi, has anyone else got the error(see attached png file) after updating to OS 10.2.0.429. I am unable to open a chat and send messages that i can see what I am typing. I can see the chat in the hub and if I open the chat and get the BBM Error screen but after testing i noticed I am able to type messages without actually seeing on the screen what I am typing then i hit the enter button on keypad and it delivers the message! obviously something happened what I upgraded OS. Any help to help me resolved this would be much appreciated.

    PS. I had same problem when updating on my first Q10 and ended up getting the BBM Beta Zone version with channels, so i did have Beta Zone app on my Q10 when I did updated today, but maybe that shouldn't cause any issues with BBM not working now?

    See if the new BBM that's supposed to come out today will fix this issue?

    Hmmm. Did you reinstall the beta/channels BBM?

    I don't know if you've done a full restart on the phone or not, but it's possible it may require that too.

    hey, thanks for the reply. Is there a new BBM coming out today? I didnt know that. Would I get a notice of the BBM update?

    Yes, I a battery pull reboot couple times already. Will try downloading the Beta version again see what happens. Will let you know

    Yes Have good signal, full bars
    It was released at 3:00 PM Eastern but it could take up to 24 hours for you to get the notification.

    reinstalled beta version but still same thing.... going to do a backup and then try a security wipe

    wheew!! security wipe fixed it. doing a restore now see how it looks then. Got the beta version now, at least the option to change theme to dark is an option now... hated the white theme
