I've been trying to use the Chrome BB10 / PlayBook App Manager extension to sideload SNAP (I've successfully used the extension on my 1st Q10) but keep running in to trouble. I added the BB10 / PlayBook App Manager extension to Chrome, enter the ip address into BB10 / PlayBook App Manager and save, hook up my phone to my computer, and attempt to connect. I just get an error message that it can't load page. Any idea's?

This can happen if you forget to turn on Developer Mode on your device.

Odd. Try removing the USB and putting it back in. That worked for me at times. Maybe even try plugging it in the other port.

Doesn't the Chrome extension work over wifi only? Once your phone is in dev mode,go to wifi and get the Internet settings for the ip given by your router. Of course your computer must be connected to the same network. Go to chrome extension, putting your wifi ip address, then your password if you have one and it should connect. No usb cable needed.

No, works via a regular USB cable, at least that's the way that I do it
