    Welcome

Today I had to turn off my BB Q10 removing the battery. After 2 hours and re-insert the batteries into the BB and phone will not turn on.

Connect the charger is also not indicated in any way the charge.
Pressing the longer-shorter [in total not significant] does not give any reaction.

If anyone knows the reason for such behavior Q10 and has an idea how to bring it to life - thanks in advance for your help.

Get Dialed phone was not for my use I never fell - as I bought it was in very good condition and visually. I have not had any problems with him.

Plug in the charger and leave it for a few hours. Sometimes BB phones with empty batteries will show no signs of life for a while. Good luck.

Sometimes as battery gets older the phone reacts strange.

Many BB users always have a spare battery ( with an external charger ) on hand in case of emergencies !

Very glad to see your phone is working again !
