    Hello guys and girls,

    after using a z10 for about 1.5 month, I am not so happy with the touchsceen keyboard.

    I have bought a Q10 for that reason, and now I want to copy my data from the z10 to the q10.

    After the backup of the Z10, all went well, it now states that it can not copy my data to the Q10, because the device software of the Z10 is newer then the OS of the Q10.
    The Q10 however states that I have the most recent OS, so no update can be made.

    Now what to do? I don't want to insert about 300 contacts manually, let alone not be able to read old emails....

    I had this issue when I downgrade from leak to official. Basically I went in and modified the backup file to match the new lower version and it worked. I don't recall which file though, I'll check and get back to you
