    Have enyobe this issue ?

    Q10 .1784 ( worked fine until wipe)

    " We understand your concern. As advised, based on your PIN the software that your device has installed in higher than
    the one available and supported by your carrier. Therefore it will not function with BlackBerry Blend, since this feature requires 10.3
    software. If you have any other question, let us know. Have a great day!"

    Sorry - I think I'm missing something here. Are they saying that having upgraded to 10.3.1.1779, that Blend is now incompatible?

    If so, are there plans to upgrade Blend to keep in step with phone upgrades, or that we can forget using it in future?

    Shame as it is a useful facility in need of some further development to make it truly great
