    Alright, Sprint FINALLY released BB 10.2 last night. I've tried loading several times via USB and after seemingly going through the time to download, it ends with an error, "upload was unsuccessful". I rebooted teh phone which got me past the download and too the point of loading the files on the phone and FAIL.... I don't have access to so I don't know if that would help.

    Any suggestions???

    Try a diff USB and a diff USB port.

    Well, it appears the "4th try" is the charm, just as I had been trying. It was in progress when I posted so I was waiting for it to fail once again so I could try your suggestion and it actually updated correctly this time.
