Like most people I always think about how much battery I can get in a day so I usually turn off BT,wifi,and close active frames. Now I don't know if it's this new leak but I decided to try leaving everything on except active frames and I can't believe it but I'm getting better battery life with these left on than turned off.
Could some one she'd some light on this.

Might have something to do with the possibility that it may require more energy to transfer data over the mobile network than it would to do it with a wifi connection.

Thanks but 90% of my day I'm not connected to wifi I just leave it on.

I leave BT, Wifi on all the time, i use LTE-4G-3G, Q10 battery last all day not a flinch.

I've always left bluetooth and wifi on 24/7 and don't notice much/any significant drain. When connected to wifi I believe it uses less power than on 3/4G too. I'd much rather have it connect automatically when I get home than have to toggle it on and off.

On my previous Android devices, having WiFi on was much more friendly battery than 3G

So does mine. I meant to say that I purposely leave wifi on so that it will connect automatically when in range and that I don't have to worry about it.
