My Q10 is lasting only 8 hours with really light usage, just texting pretty much. Is that normal? I'm on 10.2.0.1443.
Also, would switching back to 10.1 and having the dark theme make my battery last longer then it does now?

It may be an issue with the leak. Are you on LTE by chance? LTE drains the battery a lot more than 4G does..

The black theme doesn't make such a big difference as your describing.

I'd suggest running the official OS. 10.2.0.1047 is also a great leak which I've been running for a couple weeks now. Works flawlessly!

I've been using Wifi lately, it was the same I think with 1047. I'm not sure if my battery life was better with 10.1. What were the major changes between 10.1 and 10.2? It's been so long I forgot but I might go back and see if my battery lasts longer.

Hmm.. I find the major issue with the Q10 is the battery. Its pretty hit or miss.. mine lasts 12-15 hours on 4G with around 50 e-mails/day, 500+texts back and forth with the same amount of BBM. Within that is Linkedin etcc...

I'd suggest taking it back to the provider. 8 hours is ridiculous. I just got the Q10 charging bundle today, I'll be sure to make a review on it later!

I think Facebook is a Major battery drainer. I had it on my Q and it lasted a day. When uninstalled im back to 2 days of use. Of course with a bunch of options tweaked.
