    Hello,

    Last week I tried the beta version of OS 10.3 and then I realized some basic apps like music player, file browser, videos, ... were just gone.
    So I downgraded back to 10.2 but they did not come back, I'm trying to figure out what exactly happened or how to fix this but I dont seem to find any solutions! Please help me on this one?

    You must have downloaded the developer version which is of course designed to allow developer's to test their apps... a developer testing their own apps doesn't need a full OS so BlackBerry doesn't give them one.

    There are some thread here that explain how to install the developer version and then add the missing apps.... but in case you miss it, 10.3 is not recommended as a daily driver.. I've been using it as one, but there are issues.
