    I've noticed following: After an upgrade an reinstall a backup over the new version with BB link the battery is getting hot and after 5 hours the phone is dead (5 days after the sw upgrade is the same). But: If you install all apps you had in the backup (the same apps and usage at the time of the backup) the battery life is excellent. Anybody knows why?

    bad back up.
    best way is to update and just restore your personal info.
