I recently took my Q10 from the UK to Turkey, and the Auto Update Time Zone feature worked fine.

But on my return, it hasn't updated. The feature is definitely turned on, and I've rebooted my phone several times, but it won't update automatically.

Any ideas?

I was in the UK also for a few days last week and had the same problem. My iPhone and HTC One changed times automatically but not the Q10.

I've just been to Turkey and back once again, and had exactly the same issue. The time zone automatically updated on the way out there, but failed to do so on the way home.

Does anyone from Blackberry read these forums, or is there a way of letting them know this, just in case it can be fixed in a future update?

The same happened to me and the problem was solved by setting the "automatic time zone" to "ask first" instead of "turned on".
