I am having an issue in recording audio to my Q10. The video recorder records no sound and voice note also doesn't record any sound. The mic works find when I use the phone to make a call but when a playback audio I have recorded I hear nothing. I have done a hard reset by pressing the volume up and down buttons at the same time and I have also done a battery pull but the issue still persist. Can anyone tell me what is the issue?

Yes I have the issue when I call with the speaker phone on.

Try to clean the 2 pin holes at the top of the phone, right of the power button, with a small needle. Do the best you can not to push but to extract any dust found.

If you're issue is still not solved, check that your phone case or your fingers don't cover the holes when you use your phone.

Use BBVE to diagnose. Sounds like your top microphone is shot.

First step is to clean and check device usage. Then, and only then, we can use BBVE.

If you check for hardware issue before these steps,... you won't be sure that a speaker replacement will solve the problem
