I just installed 1925 (plus 1926 radio), did a restore (took about 1 hour 20 mins for restore).

My contacts are fine, but all my pics and vids are gone. Meaning, when I click on pictures in BB Link it says "No picturesa found on your device".

When I open the pics or vids on the phone it shows nothing, I took a pic, clicked the icon to view and it says 307 of 307, so the pics seem to be there.

Any ideas?

I can see the pics on my phone, on BB Link I can only see pics till around 5 weeks ago, the newer ones don't show up on my computer/BB LInk

Did you do a full backup and full restore?

Are they pictures you took after the backup?

pics i took after are there. pics I took before are also there for the most part, except the last 6 weeks worth or so

If you have lots of pictures and videos, it can take a while for the phone to index them. If they don't show up after a couple hours, try a hard reboot, which is done by holding down both the volume rockers until the phone reboots and you see the BlackBerry logo.

If you still have them on your phone I don't think you should worry that much about it. Maybe try to create a new backup file though.

Do you keep pictures on SD card or phone?

I've tried. Couldn't find the pics. I thin they're on SD card

Well if they are then no issue. Wipes don't touch the SD card. In "Settings "
Storage and access you should see a screen like this. Turn it on and plug in. Your SD card is just like a thumb drive. You could also take out the SD and put it in a reader then BlackBerry is out of the picture totally.

Therefore they must be saved elsewhere , on the phone directly...

How many pictures? Seems like a pretty quick, simple option as long as it's not like 25+ pictures
